06 / IN PRACTICE / EVOLVE PHYSIOTHERAPY
The business evolved.
The positioning had to catch up.
Repositioning an established physiotherapy brand around where the business was going — without losing what had already made it successful.

THE GOAL WASN'T TO CREATE A SECOND BRAND.
It was to make the first one big enough for what the business was becoming.
CONTEXT
THE BUSINESS HAD EVOLVED.
THE BRAND NEEDED ROOM TO GROW.
Evolve had been built as a patient-facing physiotherapy practice, grounded in its founder's experience and reputation as a clinician. But the business was becoming something more. Alongside patient care, she was developing a clinician-facing side of the business focused on coaching, education, and professional development.

The opportunity was to expand what Evolve could mean without losing what had made it credible in the first place.
THE THINKING
TWO AUDIENCES.
ONE AUTHENTIC BRAND.
The answer wasn't to create a separate identity for the clinician-facing business. It was to uncover what connected both sides and build an overarching brand strong enough to hold them together.

We repositioned Evolve around the expertise, perspective, and values already at the heart of the business — creating language that made sense to patients while establishing her authority as both a clinician and mentor to other clinicians.

That gave Evolve room to grow without asking the brand to become something it wasn't.
THE WORK
FROM POSITIONING TO PRACTICE.
The work extended from brand strategy and positioning through to execution. I developed the messaging and copy, collaborated with creative and graphic partners on the new website, and helped shape brand and user-experience decisions throughout its development.

That strategic direction also carried into clinician course development, advertising, grant writing, and other communications — giving the growing business a consistent foundation across both audiences.
THE RESULT
ONE BRAND. MORE ROOM TO EVOLVE.
Evolve emerged with an overarching brand capable of supporting both sides of the business: the established patient practice and a growing clinician-facing offering.

Rather than separating the two, the new positioning connected them through the expertise and perspective behind both — allowing Evolve to expand its audience, offerings, and opportunities while remaining recognizably itself.
